The Programme

You’ll join up to 11 other graduates on our programme, where you will:
• Come straight into a role – where you’ll make an impact from day one.
• Take part in a structured development programme that will allow you to accelerate through the business into leadership positions.

We accept people from all degree disciplines, but you will need to have achieved or be projected to achieve a minimum of a 2:2.

Can you keep a £1.5 billion operation flowing? Part of our newly formed Programme Office, this role will expose you to some of the major projects that are going to have the biggest impact on our business . You’ll help develop and deliver our business strategy, so you’ll need to be a graduate with an interest or experience in project management

Data Science

Few retailers are as intelligent with their data, our experienced team of data professionals use it in ways that would be the envy of any major retailer and ensure that we are at the forefront of data science in retail. At Screwfix, you’ll actively drive change using industry-leading tools. But, you’ll need a degree such as maths, physics, engineering or computer science.

You’ll be involved in trading and pricing our products, working with all areas of the business, along with our suppliers to ensure we are optimising our commercial categories. You should have a real passion for the commercial side of the business.

We’ll take you through a structured training programme designed to help you succeed at a fast-moving, big-budget business. You’ll master core commerciality, presentation and communication skills – all with the support of your very own mentor.

Alongside your training, we’ll help transition you into a leadership role, ideally within two years. This comes with regular salary progression and further training opportunities allowing you to make more of yourself at Screwfix.
