We’re a fast-paced and forward-thinking contact centre, offering 24/7 support to our customers, and handling more than 50,000 enquiries every week by phone, e-mail and social media.

We also do our best to support those at the heart of our business – the hundreds of Trade Counters we have across the UK. We help our store-based colleagues give Screwfix customers the easiest, most enjoyable shopping experience in retail. 

We provide award-winning customer service by solving every challenge that comes our way – such as taking orders of all sizes, answering complex product queries, and providing thorough after sales care and support.
