After your interview, we will commit to giving you a prompt decision, and again will make sure that you have a recruiter available to speak to should you wish to receive objective comments on your performance and reasons why we made the decision that we did. If you get to this point in the process and take the time to come and see us, we believe that you deserve more than a simple yes or no.
If you are offered a position with Screwfix, we will ensure that you have regular contact with your recruiter throughout the process and that all your questions are answered promptly and accurately.
