opportunities in 2012. As a major employer, we are committed to recruiting the very best
and brightest talent available and for us that means starting with high potential
undergraduates on their placement years.

Over the last few years we have been able to successfully recruit a number of placement
students into key roles within the business. A number of these people have returned
to us following their graduation, and are now well on the way to becoming our next
generation of leaders.

This scheme has proven to be so successful that it has become a key talent programme
for us and we want to take on placement students in many areas of the business:
including Retail, Buying, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology Projects
